. Oversea order customers pay the net shipping cost of choice, no
handling charges.
. (see #2 below), by regular mail. We shall pay the shipping cost for replacements by regular mail should you receive
. wrong or defective items.
2. Certain heavy articles like liquid formulas which have weight-over-value criteria, in this case customers
are to pay for the net shipping charge of the order with no additional handling charges.
3. All merchadise will normally be shipped by regular mail. We can ship them by UPS, Federal Express
or Priority mail, customers are responsible for only the NET additional shipping cost.
4. Overseas orders (away from US mainland) : Customers pay for the net shipping charge whichever shipping
method is chosen by customers with no additional handling charges. We can only provide the actual charge by
email to customers after we receive the order as we have to do our calculations per order. We process the order
only after we receive the additional shipping charge from overseas orders. Customers can also send us an
email of intent before actually placing an order so that we can calculate the shipping charge.
5. We keep track of oversea orders to as far as the US pickup points and we have no control of the merchandise
once it reaches many oversea countries. Customers are hereby advised to be aware of the situations and the risks
because this is situation beyond our control and we cannot guarantee delivery in these certain countries. Many
. central and south American countries in particular are in this category of high risk when merchandise are sent by
regular post office mail. UPS and some special agencies offer secured delivery at higher cost which customers
have to specify when order and pay for the net shipping charge. Customers can ask for insurance coverage if necessary.
Terms
and conditions
1. Returns are acceptable within 14 days of receipt
with prior notification to us and authorization from us
and merchadise have to be in original condition.
Open items, with the exceptions of damages in shipping,
are not acceptable.
2. Returns for reasons other than receiving wrong , expired or faulty
items are all subject to a 15% of re-stocking fees,
merchandise not in a re-sellable condition are
not acceptable for refunds.
3 . Customers have to provide a working phone number or email address
so that we can contact you in the
event that there is a foreseeing delay beyond
our control or when there is a variation of the goods you order.
In the event that we cannot reach you by phone/email
in but not less than 24 hours, we reserve the right to
ship similar/equivalent product of the same or
higher value at no extra cost to you. In this case customers
have the right to return the merchandise for
a full refund less the shipping charge.(see 1. above)
We
may put your order in PENDING until you contact
us upto but not more than 30 days, then we accept no
more responsibilities/obligations.
4 . For your protections, we do not ship order with unconfirmed shipping
address ; in this case we shall contact you
via email or contact you provided. As soon as we receive
your address confirmation we shall usually ship out your
order within 24
hours.
